Return Policy

• Embroidery Designs and Ready-to-Cut Vinyl Artwork - All sales are final - no refund will be given once design is delivered (downloaded, CD or USB). The only way to receive a refund is to request a refund before design is downloaded or shipped. Please read all details and ask questions if you are unsure of a description.
  
• Supplies and Blanks - You may return most new, unopened supplies within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
  
  • We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • If the order error was not our fault and the supply is not defective, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
    
  • If you need to return an item, simply send us a message and we'll reply with instructions.
  •  After your returned item is received in our office, you should expect to receive your refund within about 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
    
• Embroidery Software - All sales are final - no refund will be given. Please read all details and ask questions if you are unsure of a description.

  • Instant Download - Available WORLDWIDE and available for download immediately after payment is processed.
  • 6 Pack and 9 Pack Bundle Deals - Available WORLDWIDE and your design sets will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of your order.
    
  • CD or USB by Mail - Available USA only and will be made and shipped within 2 Business Days of purchase.
    
• Supplies and Blanks - Available USA only and shipped within 2 Business Days of purchase.
• Embroidery Software
  • Monogram Wizard Plus - Available USA only and if item is in stock it will ship within 2 business days of purchase. If item isn't in stock, it will ship within 3-4 business days from purchase.
  • Embird - Available WORLDWIDE and registration information will be e-mailed from Embird within 24 hours of purchase.
    
  • SewWhat Pro - Available WORLDWIDE and serial # will be e-mailed from Embird within 24 hours of purchase.

 NOTE: If you ordered Instant Download Designs and anything other than Instant Download Designs [supplies, bundle deals, software, etc.] on the same order, your Instant Download Designs will not be available for download until your items are marked "shipped" in our system. The reason for this is because the system "holds" the order for shipping. To avoid this, please order Instant Download Designs and all other items in 2 separate orders. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

Discount Policy:

Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts cannot be used on past purchases. Discount codes must be used at time of purchase; refunds or store credits will not be issued.
