All sales are final. They offer a generous trial (DEMO) period for their software. Please use the trial period to decide whether to purchase or not, before ordering. It is not necessary to uninstall the DEMO if you order the retail version - you will just register it with the user name and serial number that's e-mailed to you after your purchase. In legitimate situations where a refund is requested, a $10 restocking & deactivation fee will be charged.
