Do you ever get an unexpected error message when you're trying to do something on the internet? Sometimes it can easily be "fixed" by opening the same page in a different browser. For instance, if you're in Google Chrome on my website and get an error message that something on the page isn't working or the page isn't opening links like you expect, etc., you can open the page in Microsoft Edge [or another browser&91; and it will probably work. This isn't a "fix" for my website, this is for any website. Also, this isn't really fixing anything, this is just a quick way to keep moving forward and do whatever it is that you were doing before the error message popped up. I've included some links below for actual fixes, but they generally require more time and patience.

Just follow the steps below the next time a webpage is giving you fits:

1. Highlight URL in address bar, right click and select Copy [pic 1&91;
2. Open a different browser
3. Place cursor in address bar, right click and select Paste [pic 2&91;, press enter
4. Test to see if it's working as expected - this should "fix" a lot of the issues you experience

SewWhat-Pro (SWP) is software for viewing, editing, combining, resizing and converting embroidery files arising from various different sewing manufacturers. It includes various Integrated Project Management features.

SewArt (SA) is an embroidery digitizer for converting raster image files (*.jpg/*.png, etc), vector images (*.svg, *.emf), and clipart into embroidery file formats. Image processing tools and a step-by-step wizard are provided to produce an image suitable for yielding a high-quality embroidery stitch-out.

SewWrite (SWR) is software for creating and arranging high-quality lettering and monogramming for embroidery files. It uses hand-digitized alphabets based on Windows fonts for greater quality and includes a wide range of typefaces. User requests for additional alphabets will be considered. SewWrite includes over 70 alphabets and four symbol/dingbat alphabets.

Recommendation: Most of my customers don’t get one program or another, they get all that they need because they are very different programs with very different features and they complement each other.

SewWhat Pro and Embird are both embroidery software programs that are primarily used to combine, edit, and resize purchased designs [designs purchased on the internet - like mine, and your local sewing center&91;.

Monogram Wizard Plus is monogramming software that is used to primarily to build names and monograms using the built-in alphabets and motifs or the alphabets that are sold separately that are made specifically for MWP. One of the great things about this program is that they made it so that the letters can be made almost any size [small to large&91; - this makes it very versatile. At the same time, you are limited to the fonts that they include and sell - they have a lot of nice fonts and basic fonts, but certainly not everything you will ever want or need.

*Extended Features Pack is an add-on for Monogram Wizard Plus that gives you more versatility. It allows you to import external designs [designs and fonts not created by MWP - like mine&91;. For example - you can import one of my font frames, then build a monogram or name inside of it very easily. The only thing it doesn't allow is resizing - whatever you import has to be the exact size you plan to stitch because you can't resize it once it's imported.

*Font Engine is an add-on for Embird that allows you to convert any TTF [True Type Font&91; to embroidery stitches.
