Return Policy:
All sales are final - no refund will be given once design is delivered (downloaded or CD). The only way to receive a refund is to request it before design is delivered. Please read all details and ask questions if you are unsure of a description.
Shipping / Delivery Information - We DO NOT ship outside the USA
Embroidery Designs by Download
- If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR DOWNLOADS INSTANTLY by clicking HERE or by clicking on the "Download Designs" link at the top right of our home page.
- If you have paid by e-check (PayPal), your downloads will be available to you as soon as your payment clears.
Embroidery Designs on CD
- If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, your CD will be made and mailed within 2 days of your order.
- If you have paid by e-check (PayPal), your CD will be mailed to you within 2 days after your payment clears.
Monogram Wizard Plus Products
- If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, your CD will be mailed within 24 hours of your order unless the item you ordered is not in stock. If your item is not in stock it will be mailed within 3-4 days of your order.
- If you have paid by e-check (PayPal), your CD will be mailed to you within 2 days after your payment clears.
SewWhat! and Embird Products
- If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, your registration information will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of your order from the appropriate company.
- If you have paid by e-check (PayPal), your registration information will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours after your payment clears.
6 Pack and 9 Pack Bundle Deals
- If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, your design sets will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours of your order.
- If you have paid by e-check (PayPal), your design sets will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours after your payment clears.
- Please add "orders@akdesignsboutique.com" to your address book to ensure e-mail delivery.
Embroidery Supplies
- If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, your supplies will be mailed within 24 hours of your order.
- If you have paid by e-check (PayPal), your supplies will be mailed to you within 24 hours after your payment clears.
Download Designs and Embroidery Supplies on the same order
- Because items for download and items to be shipped are on the same order, the system "holds" the order for shipping. The downloads will be available as soon as the supplies [or CDs] are marked as "shipped" in the system. If you have paid by credit card or PayPal, your supplies will be mailed within 24 hours of your order.
- Please order designs for download and supplies in a separate order in the future.
- We're very sorry for the inconvenience.
Discount Policy:
Discounts cannot be combined. Discounts cannot be used on past purchases. Discount codes must be used at time of purchase; refunds or store credits will not be issued.
Copyright:
AKDesigns Boutique is the sole copyright holder of all of our designs. Once you purchase, you can stitch these designs on any item for yourself or for resell, but you may not resell the design file.
Terms of Sale:
All of our designs are Machine Embroidery Designs. You will need an embroidery machine to stitch these designs. You will also need software/hardware to transfer our designs to your embroidery machine. If your machine does not allow you to combine designs, you will probably need software to combine designs [to spell names] as well. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the format needed and if you have the appropriate software/hardware necessary to use the designs. We do offer full support and will answer any questions, so just e-mail us if you need something. We are not responsible for the quality of designs that you modify (including resizing). If you have problems with the original designs we will assist you in solving the problem as best we can.
Terms of Use:
The designs purchased may be stitched on items to be sold, but the digital design file (e-mailed or CD) CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED, or SHARED. THIS INCLUDES PURCHASING WITH THE INTENT TO COPY AND SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS.
