Error Message: "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail."
Solution: This happens sometimes after Windows does an update. Just UNINSTALL SewWhat-Pro from Control Panel and then install SWP again from above. You should not have to re-enter any registration information.
